Is this something I&#8217;ve just noticed for the first time? If so, i&#8217;d better block Google&#8217;s home page from my kids computer as an unsafe site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pdxtc.com\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/google-iporn.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Let me save you some time and tell you that any smartass comment left here like\u00a0 &#8220;personalized search is based on your Web surfing habits&#8221; is unfounded for a number of reasons, but primarily because as you can see, I was not signed in.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t even recall changing the pulldown to show the &#8220;most viewed videos&#8221;, but even if I had, being greeted by porn on the IGoogle homepage seems a bit unnerving, don&#8217;t you agree?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not a prude, and I&#8217;ve seen porn before (once) but I really don&#8217;t understand Google&#8217;s decision to make this so &#8220;in your face&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0 Has it always been this way?<\/p>\n<p>Dear Google, I would appreciate your worrying more about stuff like this, than about devaluing someone&#8217;s PageRank because they tried to make a few bucks selling links.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I know that porn is popular, but I really don&#8217;t need to be told (or shown a thumbnail) when the most popular videos on Youtube are porn.
