I had 170 affected customer domains, and what felt like that many phone calls! Ugh. Talk about frustrating!<\/p>\n<p>The problem ended up being a. IP address change that Time Warner made, (TW is is our main provider), and once we reached them on the phone, they were able to switch back, get us back up in minutes.<\/p>\n<p>We normally have a failsafe backup router in place that would have prevented this type of thing, but at that very moment, our backup router was being reconfigured by Rob, who was down at the data center.
