The “bounce” is permanent, and yes, there’s a way to prevent it, and there’s ho “happy medium” between 25 emails and 30k. I decided to cut it at 25. No more spam lists for us or our users…

If someone cc or bcc’s 25 people, then they’re flagged too, and mail gets stopped.

Will the bounce last more than 2 days? Is there any way to prevent anyone from sending out 30k email. How about limiting the emails within say 24hrs for new clients

Spammers should be prosecuted, so that act done is quite acknowledgeable. We are all aware of the misuse the internet in the online world. Privacy of people is being violated day by day. So someone should put a halt to it.

Do you mean why don't we just allow it? Because we definitely don't want to be in that business. there are too many hoops t ojump through and constantly changing rules. We leave email marketing to the professionals, and I use iContact for our own needs...

I’ve only ever found one 100% effective spam solution, and that’s to use a “Are you human?” verification for any received email that’s not already in your contact list, or a white list, a reply to an email you’ve sent them.
I like Spam Arrest (top banner on the right) and recommend it HIGHLY.

thanks for problem discussed. Understood, that account of this spammer was suspended AFTER he already sent thousands of spam mails. Can you, please, recommend any anti-spam plugin 9soft), which really works, if such a soft exists.
