For those who don't have the time to view the vid, there are three (3) things to take away when changing your domain name:

1)  Change it over in phases.   Start by changing just one ranking page over to the new domain.  

2)  If you don't know what a 301 is, then you shouldn't even think about trying to do this yourself.   

3)  Both Rand and Scott (via Rand) have cashing in all of their 'favor' chips for this feature with Google so stand by.</description>
