This is an overview of a rural Oregon realtor website, but needs many, if not all, of the basic fundamentals of SEO101. When you’re trying to build links for a real estate site you have to give people a reason to link to you, by providing valuable information that their own visitors will appreciate.

Disclosure:
Some of the links on this website and possibly even in this article may be affiliate links. That does not in any way discount my recommendation, and I do not accept paid reviews. It's simply impossible and unreasonable to mention each possible affiliation individually, so please try to get over it ;-)

Scott, GREAT review. The value of internal anchor text cannot be underestimated. For small, geographically-focused businesses who get a few directory links (Best of the Web, Business.com, JoeAnt, etc., as well as a few local ones) and have good “SEO fundamentals,” well thought-out internal anchor text should be enough to rank them VERY well.

    Thanks David…

Yep, I’d say that’s a frequently overlooked aspect easily available to most site owners…
