As a real estate agent in Vancouver, WA I’m having a real challenge with Relocation buyers that are moving to Portland and don’t know that Vancouver, Washington is just across the Columbia River. They often think that “Vancouver” is that big city north of Seattle! — and don’t realize that Vancouver and Clark County Washington homes represent some of the best real estate values on the entire West Coast.

I’ll explore more of your site, and will be implementing the new bits of knowledge I find.
