Marty, you're not talking about the blog, are you? I show PR.

John, yep, I've poked around and see none newer than 10/1.

Boris, thanks for commenting. yeah, but people are getting more savvy, and 0 pr looks bad. Hmm... I tried to visit your site and notice it fails with a server error unless you manually type in the www. Hmm, sounds like you could use Isapi_rewrite for your Windows hosting server.

I.E. just wingin' it every day

I don't know how old the info is... What I do know is that The site has been around since mid May and I finally got PR (2). I used to get all stressed out about PR. I thought an SEO site without PR seemed bogus.
That was until I discovered that only the SEO crowd and designers seem to know about PR. My clients have no idea what it is. None of them use the Google toolbar. So it was only an issue for me. So since the site is very well positioned for SEO in my market, Tucson, I gave up worrying about it. I figured actual search ranking were more important. However, I did a happy dance when I noticed my PR today... All that linking finally paid off.

It's mental! Our site is only 7 months old but we have LOTs of very nice links and no page rank even to stories that garnered some very nice links. That said, remember that we intentionally bled out page rank by aggressive outbound linking early in the blog's life.

You have to give up your blood to clickbait and linkbait authority bloggers and invite them to the party....so to speak.

Thanks for the link and case study.
