I’m ditching everything today and going up t oMt. Hood to go snowboarding. I just got online to check the opening time, and I see that Ski Bowl is closed until 3pm all week except on friday. That really stinks! Meadows is a whole half hour farther, and worse than that if chains are required.
On the bright side, there’s a $25 Monday internet special at Mt. Hood meadows, so I’ll go there instead. My ticket is printing now on my printer…yipee!

Calm down, me boy…I think you’ll find that after Christmas, Ski Bowl is open daily. You’re talking about the lowest elevation resort on Mt. Hood (maybe in OR) that opened for about 3 days last yr. so give ‘em a break. And they have the lowest base at the moment, and probably don’t need the bottom of the lifts all chewed up by day skiing when they are still trying to build it up. Be patient.
