Many PDXTC hosting customers phone, email or even fill out support tickets asking how to make a subscription list, or add another domain to their account, or set up mail users, change passwords etc. 

They’ve always had the ability to manage their account themselves, but now it’s gotten even easier, with the addition of video tutorials to my help files.
