I wish I could take credit for writing this one, but I can’t. I ran across it years ago, and to this day, I’ve never found a more definitive “how to” guide for hiring, using, and being satisfied with a computer consultant.

I know too many people that have been disappointed with the results they’ve gotten not to pass this along as a public service. No matter what your need for services, this is well worth a read.

This copy I have was last updated in 1995, but the concepts have not changed a bit.
