PHD computers is a rip off. Poor service and won’t stand behind their product. Don’t do business with those clowns. DSI on the other hand has been around since the 80′s and is great!

Bend Tech Support gave me great service, and the technician was friendly and courteous. Their rate was the cheapest I could find.

PHD Computers seems pretty good. I started patronizing their store after VOS computers left Bend. PHD is located next to Jamba Juice in the Costco/Safeway complex. Actually, it faces Barnes and Noble bookstore in the other half of that complex.
