Yes, you read that right; the expert needs help! I subscribe to dozens of newsletters and e-zines etc. and I print the ones I want to read. After printing, I delete most of them, but there are about 20% that I actually then file in various Outlook mail folders, for reference or links etc. Well that process has become a real pain in the wrist. I’d rather right click, print it, and then auto-move it to a prespecified mail folder. Right now, it’s right click print - right click - move to folder, and then click & scroll my way through the 200+ mailbox file tree to get to the folder or subfolder I need. This seems like a “must have” me, so that’s why I’m asking for help. Maybe I ‘m just missing something here that’s already possible in Outlook? If not, maybe a programmer out there can write an add-on for Outlook? We can partner up and I’ll help you market it to newsletter junkies all over the world
