When installing any scripts on your domain, you may get an error saying something like this –
“blahblah has detected that your config.inc.php file is not writeable by the server.”
FTP’d to it with your FTP software, right click, go to CHMOD and enable the needed check boxes for read, write and execute. Now it’s writable.
I use WTFTP but you can change CHMOD with any free FTP software.
Other stuff I've written:
- I need help with Outlook
- Speeding Up Media Files
- Stop Unwanted Massive Downloads
- Modify the Windows Save As Dialog Box
- Stop XP Auto Update Reboots with Group Policy Editor
