I don't get many text messages. I just tried it though and I cannot reply either. I have to reply using my POP mail account (which saves me 10 cents) but it was a pain to switch. Same as you, but I don't need wireless sync with unlimited data plan abd Portland's broadband. It's a pain.

I have so much I dislike about this phone it's not even funny, but there's a lot to like too. It just doesn't seem as intuitive as the 7135, but then that was my familiar Palm.

There's a GREAT forum chock full of info about this phone here - That's where I got the hack (but I've yet to try it) I really have to update the blog. Thanks for posting. How'd you find it?

I too had the 7135 and upgraded to the i730 and am generally pleased EXCEPT when I get a text message to (my number)@vtext.com, I cannot reply. When I hit send I get an error that it cannot send to txt account. Tried it with wireless sync and it works as a 5 step process that takes 60 seconds.
1- Change reply account to Outlook and hit send
2- Find message in Outlook Drafts
3- Move it to outbox
4- Find Wireless sync in menu or running.
5- Run with wireless sync which also drains my inbox on the pop3 account.

There must be a better way. Have spend 6 hours with Verizon and Samsung to no avail.
