I also have the 8703e and have been trying to get this thing to reconcile the mail as well. I even went so far as to search websites for companies that will do exchange hosting and support wireless sync of the data. One company i heard about on my XM radio was www.appriver.com Sounds like the due all this but there are additional costs per month. Have'nt decided if it is really worth it yet. i still find it hard to believe that someone has not made a patch or hack to fix this. You’re not the only one going nuts over this.
