I would say there's no reason to ever repeat, although you can certainly use a similar phrase. If you have to ask yourself if it sounds spammy, then yeah, it probably does, and should be avoided. writing should be natural for people to read. Don't write for the search engines, right for readers and the search engines will follow. Simply write a headline that accurately describes the page - I have an article devoted to header tag tips

I like your site. Easy to use and understand. Was looking for and found the Comcast no send email issue which you covered. I will try your solutions tonight. Thank you for providing a great site for me to visit again.
I like your response to the spamming questions too.
And the spam protection by adding! I love it. Many will get confused as I am not sure that many know what addition is or how to do it.
