Oregon web hosting - where is it really?
After three years in
the Gateway area, in 2005
we moved all servers to the Pittock building data center in downtown Portland Oregon.
In December of 2009, the servers were moved to a brand new facility
in Gresham Oregon.
We are not reselling
some virtual hosting package out of Sri Lanka! These servers are all
ACTUALLY here in Gresham, where Charlie, Justin, Rob, and even me (heaven forbod), can physically get to
them to fix whatever may need attention.
Is your website safe?
They are backed up
twice daily, and stored for a period of one week. Your data is safe, but
you should ALWAYS keep your own site copy too.
Is it fast and reliable?
Yes, extremely. The
General Pacific data center in Gresham, is a state of the art wholly
owned facility by one of the largest electrical parts supplier in the
nation, and it is not shared with any other companies or ISP's, with to
12 hours of generated backup power.

upon signup.

purchase a nnew domain name for $17.50 per year, follow the step by
step instructions after beginning signup.

monthly credit card charge, or through Paypal.
