Dedicated Servers

It turns out that hosting dedicated servers takes dedicated people, and here at PDXTC we have the dedication, but frankly we don't have the knowledge or the time.

This is the same thing that we realized with Windows Web hosting a couple of years ago, and that's why we don't offer it anymore.

Then Where to Go?

Rather than try to provide a service that we can't effectively support, I've turned to the next best source - Weberz Web hosting - because that's where my own main server admins are employed.

I've had the same group of folks managing our servers since we had just a single machine in 1999, which is over 10 years now.

In some sense they are competitors, because they offer almost identical Web hosting plans, but for things we cannot support - like dedicated servers, and Windows hosting, they have some pretty impressive capabilities.
