After moving to Portland from
Seattle in 1991 as a manager with GI Joes, I ended up entering the computer business with
Office Depot in 1995.
In 1997, I started my own business called
Cyber Exchange in Portland, Oregon. It was a used computer
store that specialized in the trading of new & used software and hardware.
Over 5 years, we moved the store once, and
even changed our name as "used computers" became practically worthless,
and I finally closed the doors of
MPH Computing in April of 2002.
Using the search engines and my existing client base
I established an on-site repair business, and brought on several self employed
technicians servicing Portland and the surrounding areas as affiliates.
Today, my own focus is exclusively
on internet services, and I'm proud to say I'm consistently
ranked on the front page of all the major search engines for some pretty
desirable search terms, like "internet
consultant".
I currently live in Portland Oregon, with my
wife Tara, and my sons Mikkel
and Matthew.
